HOW WE CAME TO EXISTENCE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR
Bugisu organization for community development also formerly known as ELGON CHILD WATCH INITIATIVES UGANDA was started to stir up development in Elgon sub region. The organization was started in 2015 and it was founded by Wadudu Ambrose a then fresh graduate from Makerere University.
Initially the organization focused on child protection and education but expanded later. The organization would then go on to change the name because the first name could not be reserved by Uganda registration service bureau in 2021.

Eunice supports the role of Human resource manager. She has developed her experience overtime especially managing people in education based organizations. She is a holder of a degree of arts with education (Makerere University), postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (Uganda management Institute)

wateu dickson (programs manger)
Dickson is a degree holder of science in Agriculture at Makerere University in Uganda. He has over 6 years experience in managing programs in environment, Agriculture and economic empowerment. Dickson's passion is in seeing children reach their full potentials
MAGOMU DENNIS (SPONSORSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGER)
Dennis is a social worker with arts degree in Social sciences (Makerere University), Education (Uganda Christian University) and a post graduate diploma in project planning and management(Uganda management Institute).
Dennis is also a sports lover and often spends his free time talking to God.
He supports the role of Donor relations and Sponsorships.
WAMELA ROGERS (MONITORING AND EVELUATION)
Rogers is holder of masters in Monitoring and Evaluation (Uganda Management institute, PGD in Project planning and management, PGD monitoring and evaluation (Uganda Management institute), Higher Diploma in Insurance and an arts degree in Development studies (Makerere University)
